Job Posting #1--Bookkeeper

We are hiring for the part-time position of Bookkeeper.  This position will be 20 hours per week, negotiable schedule. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required.  Associates degree and/or accounting experience required.  Duties include assisting with preparation of monthly invoices and bank deposits; generating accounts payable and payroll checks along with liability and pension payments; assists with monthly accounting needs for financial report preparation as well as with grant invoicing.

Job Posting #2—CASA Admin Assistant

We are hiring a CASA Administrative Assistant.  This position will be 20 hours per week, schedule negotiable.  Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.  This position will assist the overall needs of the CASA program including maintaining service delivery records and preparing monthly reports as well as organization of volunteer in-service and trainings, assembling of training manuals, educational packets and other associated activities.  Will assist with coordination of events setup and preparation as well as general secretarial functions.

The Child Victims’ Trust Fund (CVTF) has provided funding to The Childrens Advocacy Center of Green River District for child sexual abuse medical examinations. Administered by the Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention Board, the CVTF receives revenue from proceeds of the “I Care About Kids” special license plates, the Kentucky Income Tax Refund Check-Off and private donations.

 

The Children’s Advocacy Center of Green River District is an Associate Member of The National Children’s Alliance in Washington, DC.

 

The Children’s Advocacy Center of Green River District is one of 15 designated centers in the state of Kentucky and is a full member of The Kentucky Association of Children’s Advocacy Centers.
